These terms apply whenever you use this website, send us an inquiry, or place an order with Unity Agro Global Exports. We've tried to keep them straightforward — if anything is unclear, just ask us before you order.
We're an export and wholesale supplier, not a retail checkout — so submitting a form on this site is a request for a quote, not a confirmed purchase. Once you reach out, our team will get back to you with pricing, available quantities and shipping options based on what's in season and what we currently have ready for export. An order is only confirmed once both sides have agreed on quantity, price and terms, usually over email or WhatsApp.
Because our produce is sold in bulk for export, prices depend on quantity, destination, season and current market rates, so we don't list fixed prices on the site. Any quote we give you is valid for the period we state at the time; after that, prices may need to be revisited due to changes in supply or freight costs.
We export from Pakistan to destinations worldwide by sea and air freight, depending on the order. Lead times vary by destination, product and the shipping line's schedule, and we'll give you our best estimate when we confirm your order. Once goods leave our facility, delays caused by customs, port congestion, weather or the carrier itself are outside our control, though we'll help however we can if something goes wrong in transit. Unless we've agreed otherwise, import duties and clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
We inspect and grade our produce before it ships, but these are natural, perishable products, so some variation is normal. If something arrives damaged or not as described, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll work with you on a fair resolution — a replacement, credit or refund depending on the situation. We can't accept claims reported well after delivery, since freshness and condition change quickly.
Please use the site for its intended purpose — browsing our products and getting in touch. Don't try to interfere with how it runs, scrape it, or upload anything harmful through the contact forms.
